Interview
Great company to interview for if you are average and not intelligent. I know I did good in the interview and still didn't get a 1 on 1 even though only 17 people showed up. You really cant count on these interviews its a total roll of the dice. not worth driving to when Its a joke of a company to begin with in comparison to a mainline. Why would anyone in their right mind stay at skywest when you get paid more to have a significantly better job and significantly higher quality of life at a mainline company.
