The check in period was from 5-6. I arrive about 3:30, completely unnecessary. At 5 a lady came in the room we were waiting in, brought us out in the hall and had us sign up. After sign up, you take your shoes off to be measured. I suggest wearing easy slip on slip off shoes. After that we sat for like an hour for a question and answer period. If you're looking to work for an airline where you'd like to commute, Skywest isn't the fit. The lady mentioned that their flight plan for employees is basically standby, which isn't a definite away for commuters.
