Interview
Open house interview. The whole process is about five hours. The first thing they do is measure your height. Then they do an orientation about the company and what the job duty entails. Then everyone (candidate) gets up to do a short (60 second) presentation. You introduce yourself, and explain why you would make a good flight attendant, and why you would be good for the company.

How would you handle a coworker who you notice wasn't doing their work, and leaving the work for you to do on your own.
Describe a time you went above and beyond at your work.
Why are you leaving your current job?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
