Interview
Sent in resume and was called for a group interview. I was 20 minutes early, first thing they did was ask for copy of resume and then they measured your height. They explain the details of company, qualifications, what is expected from you and when flight training would start. they allowed questions to be ask. Next they gave you 15 minutes to think of answer to question. What would make you a great flight attendant and you have 60 seconds to answer. must stand in front of group and answer. Out of 25 people 10 were chosen.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
