I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Vancouver, WA) in May 2017
Interview
I read all of the questions on here and was 100% prepared for my interview. One thing that I noticed during my interview that I didn't see on here is that you go up and speak in front of the group in the order that you sign into the event. Then when they make the list of people moving to the next round it is also in order of when you get there. I got there 15 minutes before it started and was one of the very last people and therefore was the last face to face interview. A few other words of advice: Dress professional in well fitting clothes. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS- if they say explain why you would make a good flight attendant, then spend that minute selling your skills-DO NOT SAY WHY YOU WANT TO BE A FLIGHT ATTENDANT or worse explaining what skills/experience you're missing. The best thing to do is prepare something ahead of time. The girl next to me didn't prepare and said she was just going to say whatever she was feeling when she was up there and then stood there for 30 seconds with nothing to say. Also, if you don't get picked the first time, don't be discouraged, I know it hurts but they only have time to interview so many people and you can apply again in 90 days. There was a guy that hadn't gotten picked for the face to face his first try but did his 2nd time. Just give it your all until you succeed!

Question 1
What was a piece of constructive criticism you have gotten from an employer?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
