Interview
SO i am not going back to interview with SkyWest again. Not because i didnt get a second round interview, but because of the other EXCEPTIONAL candidates they had at this interview that didn't get a one on one...
you get there... they read the paper... blah blah blah... break for 30... why you want to be a flight attendant... break for 45... list on the door...
I have no idea what they are looking for, but i'm way over this process... There was a guy in our interview, and when i tell you he was AMAZING!!! and even he didn't get a interview? there was another young lady who i mean was dressed to slay, nailed the question, and they passed on her. I don't know if they want strong candidates or if they just want someone weak they can mold but i can tell you if you want to be shocked and appalled, go and sit in on this interview...
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
