I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2017
Interview
This was actually my second time interviewing with the company. I interviewed back in July and I didn’t make it to the second round. This time I knew what I would be facing and prepared well. Everything you need to know is on Glassdoor from what time you should be there, to the do’s and donts. Honestly just be yourself and everything will be fine. There is absolutely no need to really come up with a speech because it all sounds premeditated. When they ask “Why would make a good flight attendant?” Just explain your work background and how you would bring it to the company. Make sure you don’t go over a minute. If you don’t make it to the next round keep at it. If it’s something you really want your day will come. With that being said I accepted my CJO on 10/17/17. Is there anyone in the Jan. 24th class???
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
