I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Apply online before attending an in person group interview. They describe the company for 45 minutes, take a 15 minute break, then everyone takes turns standing at the front of the room and explaining why they would be a good fit for this job. After a 45 minute break, they post a list of names on the door to let people know who gets a one on one interview. All questions were about your resume and questions about situations and actions you would take while flying.
**Side note: make sure to dress professionally. Either black slacks or pencil skirt down to your knees is appropriate with a blouse/button up shirt and possibly a blazer. Brush/comb hair and women should have basic mascara and lipstick (nothing too bright) on. The cleaner your appearance looks the better.
