The interviewer put me at ease right away and made me feel comfortable. I have been out of the industry for a while and was expecting to have to overcome more hurdles during the process. It was a very good experience and I look forward to being part of the SkyWest team!

Very relaxed. Had to prepare a lot on the topics addressed, but the interview was relatively straight forward with the studying I had done. I felt good in the interview and really was able to ask a lot of questions, learn more about the company, and it allowed me to know this is where I wanted to go.
