Check in, Company overview lecture, break, divide group into 2 and you will have to get up in front of the group and say in 60 seconds or less why you would be a good FA candidate. Another break and then names will be posted on the door of the few people that get a f2f interview. They only picked 8 people out of fifty and all but one were black. Their speech had nothing to do with the question that was supposed to be answered, instead it was WHY they wanted to be a FA. I am a recent former FA and can tell you that they are not looking for the sharpest in the group. I was appalled to see who they chose for a f2f. If this is who they want to represent their airline, then that's on them. Don't waste your time. I was surprised to see how many people where interviewing for the second and third time because they couldn't get a f2f the first or second time.
