70 people attended, group was given a company overview and the job description was given, questions were answered.
All applicants were asked to state their name and why they would be a great SkyWest Flight Attendant (1 min time limit)
There was a break and then all the applicants that were selected to continue with a face to face interview were listed on a piece on paper posted on the door. The were any good candidates, approx 15 were selected to continue.

What type of people do you find it difficult to work with?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
