Interview
You look on the site to see which open house to go to. Then when you go you sign in and go to the room and wait. The first part a rep well FA comes up and gives a brief overview of the company and what the job entails. They give a little break so if people don't want to stay they can go. Back from break everyone comes up and say a one minute speech about why they would be a great flight attendant and stay away from your personal stories. Then when everyone is done there's another break and if your name isn't on the wall you can leave and try again in 90 days and if you did make it go into the room and wait for your one on one.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
