The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Had a great experience with the whole process. First make sure you arrive at least an hour early. (IF You Are Late. Just go home because they will not select you)
And Lady's and Gentlemen, make sure you prepare a 60 second answer on (" Why do you think you will make a Good flight attendant" ?) before you arrive..Many Applicants ramble on about there personal lives. {Of course those whom did, were not selected} Focus and study the answer they are looking for: trust me. I studied a lot and even timed my answer in exactly 60 sec. I was very prepared and many others were impress. Including the Recruiters... If you want this job, you have to study hard. Prepare your self, make the flight recruiters know this IS what you want to do! Good luck every one!

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
