I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Fresno, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online on February 12th. Received an email a few days later that contained info about attending one of the Open Sessions. Note that these are open to ANYONE to attend regardless of whether or not they applied online beforehand. I attended the one in Fresno. Only about 25-30 people showed up so the process went very quickly. About 10 or so made the 1-on-1s including me. Told that I will be notified within a few weeks but received an invitation to training 3 days after interview.
Biggest piece of advice is RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH the position of a Flight Attendant and WHY you want to be in this line of work. If you are here looking, then you are ahead of the game already. And like everybody else says, DO NOT tell them you like to travel and that you are a people person. And dress like a Flight Attendant. They are watching you from the moment you sign in to when you leave.
Good Luck Everyone!

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
