I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Reno, NV) in Aug 2014
Interview
It's an open interview. They either hook you in or drive you away with promises of travel, or difficult schedules and pay. After their whole schpiel about the company, they call each person to come up to the podium and tell the whole room of judges and applicants why you would make a great flight attendant. They then choose the people who they'd like to say for the net round right after. That is the one on one interview. While waiting, they make you fill out EVERY ticket you're ever had, DUIs, etc.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
