Whole process was structured and took about 4 weeks from initial screen to offer. Steps included an initial conversation with the hiring manager (30 min), modeling test (1 week to complete) and follow-up review (1 hr), and a final round with a selected panel of 4 people (3-4 hrs). Everyone was fantastic and communicative throughout the process, including the outside recruiters and all the people I met on the team!
