      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Skydio in Jun 2025

      Interview

I went through an extremely thorough interview process for a customer-facing operations role. It included seven interviews across multiple departments and seniority levels, culminating in a deep-dive panel presentation that took several days of preparation. Throughout the process, I had positive interactions with each panelist—smart, mission-driven people who were generous with their time. But after multiple stages and investing countless hours researching the business, tailoring a deck, and preparing for each conversation, I was disappointed to receive a generic rejection email with no feedback whatsoever. If you’re applying here, know that you’ll be expected to bring your A-game—and then some. But don’t expect that same level of respect and effort in return once the process is over. For a company that’s innovating in cutting-edge technology, I expected a bit more humanity and transparency on the people side.
