I had an interview with the CEO and I think the former employee's review from Jan 2022 about the CEO's personality seemed spot on from what I experienced. The CEO came off as arrogant and off-putting to me. It was a 30 minute interview that involved discussion of my resume and previous work and some theoretical data structures short answers. Some red flags that I found were that given how long the company has been around and it's size, I wonder if they've actually found product market fit. I also found it suspicious that the CTO left after less than 2 years from the company's founding. It's as if he didn't have any confidence in the company being successful.
