After applying for the job, I was contacted by a recruiter with a calendar link. I filled out my availability and didn't hear back. I pinged the recruiter a couple of times over two weeks and never got a response, so I finally contacted someone from Slack's website. They referred me straight back to the recruiter. Literally the exact same thing happened again--I gave my availability and the recruiter ghosted. It was incredibly frustrating to have my time and effort devalued like that.
