Interview
Informational interview with HR followed by a 30 min conversation with their practice lead. Job Description was not given by HR which made the whole thing a bit confusing as in the next stage I found myself scheduled for an interview with a very technical person.If they wanted someone with specific experience or certifications wish it was made clear during the informational interview. The second interviewer also seemed a bit hostile mentioning about how it is difficult to work with different cultures. I am glad this did not work out as I would have not been happy working under such a person.

Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
