I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. There were a total of about 8 interviews, including some social events, which was different than I had experienced in other companies/interview processes. I started with their recruiter, then the other SE in the company, several of the practice leads, a happy hour, the GM and then the regional GM. They really cared about it being a good cultural fit.

Interview
Very messy and lengthy process. The recruiter and hiring team at Slalom move slowly - several months in the process, and they ask me to come on-site for one of the final stages in another country - without them covering any of the travel costs...
The interviews were pretty straight forward, but they really need to streamline their hiring process, and maybe as a minimum offer to cover travel/transport costs if you want people to fly in and take a full day out of their calendar.
Clear, concise and well thought through. Large focus on cultural fit and technical capabilities
Met a number of people, had the chance to ask lots of questions and got a clear view of the role and how id be measured / compensated
