Interview
Unusually good recruiting process. The recruiter was knowledgeable about the role (including the technical aspects!), what they were looking for at different pay bands, was able to clearly explain the team culture and did not waste my time when we realized that my salary expectations could not be met at the level they were looking for after the technical interview. The technical interview itself was good too. Friendly interviewer and open-ended questions about concepts that are key to the tech stack.
