Interview
The process started with a 30‑minute Microsoft Teams call with a recruiter, focused on my background and overall fit for the Senior Software Engineer role. Then I had a technical interview where we discussed my previous experience, projects, and technical decisions in depth. The third stage was a system design interview, where I was asked to design, do some coding and modeling solution and discuss trade‑offs. Finally, there was an in‑person behavioral interview that focused on teamwork, communication, and how I handle challenges and conflicts at work.
They were very nice people and made me feel confortable over the whole process.
