An employee referred me. The recruiter called me to discuss my background etc. She then set up an interview with a PM mentor which took a couple of weeks. Met with interviewer, which was more like an evaluation for a personality fit. We didn't discuss much about PM methodology, or things like managing risk. Feedback from the recruiter was my background/work experience wasn't a good fit for the company. When I inquired further, asking what I'm l lacking, or what could I improve, the recruiter could not or would not provide any detail.
