      Product Management Consultant Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

I had a phone screen with HR, discussing my career background and learning more about the role, before having a follow-on phone screen with senior managers in the department. The next step in the process would have been an in-person conversation with a whiteboarding exercise to explore thought processes (not a prep activity). The conversations were pleasant and engaging; it was clear that they were trying to learn about me, not trip me up in trick or rote questions.
