I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out initially with some job openings to see if I had any interest. We set up a time to talk which was more of a conversation with him getting to know me and my work experience as well as him explaining Slalom and the open roles. The next interview was with a principle; mainly behavioral questions specific to the role, then an interview with a senior director during which we spent time discussing my skill set and potential projects. The last interview was with another senior director, more on the sales side. He took time getting to know me as well as getting an idea of what kind of work I wanted to do if hired. Overall, all rounds ended up being mostly conversational with the interviewers opening up the floor for any and all questions. Special shout-out to both of the internal recruiters I worked with - they kept in touch throughout the entire process and answered every question I had. They were the ones that really sold me on Slalom!

Question 1
Tell me a time you had start a project without all of the necessary requirements?
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
