Interview
The interview process at Slalom was extremely well-planned and positive with each step clearly communicated along the way. From the initial screening, to the technical interview with the team lead, and final behavioral and culture-fit interviews, the Slalom team went out of their way to provide a relaxed, conversational environment which allowed me to interview them as much as provide them insight as to my fit in the organization.

Question 1
Talk about a project you managed or partcipated in where you felt "over your head" in terms of knowledge required. What did you do?
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
