These guys are a joke. Have a friend that works in recruiting in Cleveland, OH (I'm in Seattle, WA). Recruiter from Seattle responded and had a phone screen within 2 weeks. During our phone call she was very "We are the cutting edge of consulting" and then proceeded to brag about how awesome their "T" model of consulting is.
She then proceeded to not follow through on any of the three action items SHE initiated and promised follow up within 3 weeks. HER words, not mine. (emphasis around it originating from the recruiter - not that she is female. I have your Seattle Subjective Splits down on lock now. You use these to try and tag me as sexist while completely ignoring the total failure of your recruiter).
14 weeks passed before she finally called be back (she had promised 3 weeks) and that was because I had told another recruiter I would post this note on Glassdoor.
It was the THREAT of a bad review here on Glassdoor that prompted the recruiter to return my calls/emails. Because they were PETRIFIED of getting a bad review.
These guys are an accounting firm pretending to offer lean solutions - and the feedback I FINALLY received from another recruiter is that I'm qualified to be a director right out of the gate. THAT recruiter came from a different industry several months earlier and was far, far more pragmatic and effective.
One last thing about recruiting - this company posted a montage on LinkedIn celebrating their new hires - there were 11 of them. Not one white face in the bunch and not one face over the age of 30. NOT ONE. Someone looking to get sued over ageism? I bet your recruiters are not even following the law when it comes to retaining all applications and resumes....lest some employment law attorney subpoenas them in a class action ageism suit.
And forget about trying to claim "Keeping bias out of the office" , it is IMPOSSIBLE to eliminate Subjective Human Decision Bias WITHOUT implementing a base level Bias Gauge for the Human to react against, especially when it comes to evaluating other humans. Otherwise, it is just your unqualified opinion on someone you do not know. And to put the icing on the cake - all recruiters are parasitic loads on the payroll of their firms, yet they have the least amount of oversight because they are literally making this up as they go, whatever fits the political optics of the day and NOT what the firm and the clients need.
Am I challenging you? Good - I've been looking to debate these merits for the better part of a year and not one of these consultants will engage me in an intellectual conversation around Digital Twin Ops Management.
Now I know why: Because they can't and are not able to think critically or leverage Block Protocol to enhance the natural 3 dimensional logic and memory structure the human brain uses. If you don't have a clue about how and why our brain tricks ourselves, you get this delusional result called "Operations Consulting" that is about as Kosher as Christmas.
If you are not using common core system referencing in a tesseract structure, then you are not even close to offering a tangible consulting solution to your client. NOT EVEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT THIS TRIANGULATION.
I'm a degreed industrial engineer with an MBA . I've built digital twin systems of automotive plants so we could fully leverage the total cost accounting function of Toyota Production System. Without this accounting function there is NO LEAN MANUFACTURING - and therefore no lean improvement.
Hit me with the office automation exception (we are not a manufacturer, so that aspect of TPS is not applicable). You are saying your office automation process is more complicated than actual automotive production. Automatically fail.
All these business automation/Salesforce consultants are missing the Big Picture: Why are you jerking around with web2.0 when Industry 4.0 is right there?
That's right....you are not engineers....forgot about that one.
