Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.

Interview
Call with recruiter followed by case study presentation and interview. Then another round with the senior management. However during the process, they deviated from the process and started asking different set of questions that I wan't able to answer for. I strongly suggest preparing answers for all the questions that could possibly be asked from your resume and your previous experience.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
