Interview
Had a first round conversation with the regional recruiter. While nothing panned out from it, she was full of good information and I can tell she was genuinely excited to be doing her job. If another opportunity arrose I would absolutely interview again with intentions of joining. Seem to be a great group of people.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
