I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
Participated in several rounds of phone interviews. The Slalom representative was friendly but her work ethic was terrible. She would set appointments to connect and then just fail to show up. She seemed distracted and generally unprofessional. After finally talking several times, she expressed a desire for me to come into the office for in-person interviews. I gave her my availability and never heard back. I would never work here based on this interaction with Slalom. It shows me that they don't really respect other peoples time.
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom in Oct 2024
Interview
Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Interview
Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
