I will admit this was a very long process. I had four interviews over a period of one month, so the communication from the company was key in making the experience a positive. The company was well organized and timely in the scheduled interviews. I appreciated the consistent information in terms of next steps and where we were in the process.

Question 1
There were really not traditional skill based interview questions. The approach was very conversational and focused on communicating my professional 'story'.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
