Interview
I met with the talent acquisition manager, practice leads and the general manager. The assessment seemed to be on cultural fit, unique perspective, skill set and then interest in "who I am" and "what makes me tick." It was obvious to me that it was very important to them that you could connect on a personal level and that they were very protective of maintaining a collegial environment and that there were different paths consultants could take to be successful.

Aside from the normal questions about why I'm looking, etc, they gave me specific work scenarios and asked me how I would approach the situation.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
