Round 1: I met 1:1 with their Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for lunch as an initial screen and discussion of role & fit. She gave a great overview of how Slalom is structured and their operating model. Round 2: Met 1:1 with a Consultant Manager in my practice area to discuss my background and additional details surrounding the type of work I might come across at Slalom. She referred to her "Slalom Family" when discussing her coworkers and team--that resonated strongly and definitely stuck with me. Round 3: Began with a 1:1 interview with a Consultant in my practice area. Fairly typical discussion of background and scenario based questions. She threw a few curveballs which made the interview fun! Case study: I was given a case study and roughly one hour to complete an overview and change plan for the given project case. Presentation to panel: presentation of case study outputs to a 3 person interview panel (OE Consultant, Practice Area Director, and Solution Principal). There was a Q&A session and then they opened it up for questions. Post-Interview take home: Was asked to develop my plan further and put into a client-ready presentation and submit back for review Overall I felt the interview process was well-managed and quite thorough. I was very pleased to accept after 'running the gauntlet'!
