Interview
The interview process was very streamlined and flexible. Their recruiter came across my profile on LinkedIn and made contact. We then met for a quick chat to discuss my background as well as what Slalom was looking for. Both of us saw each other as a good potential fit and we started with the interview process. There were in total around 5 interview rounds,1 recruiter/HR round, 2 technical, 1 with a solution principal and 1 with a Practice area lead. The last 2 rounds were primarily focused on my past experience. The whole process from the first round to when the offer was made, was around a month. I personally had a very good experience driven primarily by the dynamic and enthusiastic recruiting team at Slalom.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
