I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Slalom (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process was very informative, interactive and almost collaborative. Basically it involved both sides feeling out if this was a good fit for each side. The entire interview was performed in a very friendly manner, which helped me focus on ensuring I answered the questions accurately.
This was one of the best interview processes I have been through. From start to finish I had an offer within 7 days and they asked me to put in my notice at my current job right after the last interview. Definitely a company that will move quickly if they believe that you are the right candidate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
