It was very unprofessional. The entire experience is like a fly-by-night company. Internal Recruiter contacted me via email, then when I asked some additional questions by email - he did not respond. When I sent another email he responded. He set up an interview and showed up late. Then no answer until I contacted him again. Then he set another interview with a consultant and again no response to any feedback. Strange consulting firm with unprofessional recruiters.

Standard interview asking about my professional experience.
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
