Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview with a recruiter. From there I came into the office for 3 rounds of interviews, meeting with 3-4 people in each round. Slalom worked hard to make sure that not only was I a good candidate, but they wanted to make sure that I would be happy at Slalom. I appreciated the different backgrounds of people I got to meet with during the interview process and it gave me more confidence that it was the right place for me.

Standard consulting interview questions - asked me about my experience, things that have gone well, things that have gone poorly, what type of work I enjoy, etc...
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
