Interview
A great first impression lead to a smooth transition to the best company I've ever worked for. After being contacted on LinkedIn and a brief phone call, we set up a face-to-face. This round was casual and an opportunity to learn more about each other. Second round consisted of technical questions. The final round was behavioral. Getting to know the team and visiting the office made it an easy choice.

Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
