Interview
The Talent Acquisition team at Slalom was very professional and thoughtful throughout the interview and offer process. They were very clear about the Slalom process, following up regularly with information and status updates, and providing specific instructions and advice about the interviewers, what the prepare and logistical information. I had six short 1:1 interviews at Slalom where each interviewer was given a specific area to cover. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about the interviewers and Slalom. The information and messaging was consistent across all six meetings. The interviews gave me a great impression of the culture at Slalom, and since joining the company I've found the reality has lived up to my expectation.
