Interview was 3 rounds and it was very direct. The first round was resume review and then based interview and lastly with the director. I got an offer a couple weeks after.

Technical interview with senior delivery to discuss prior projects, your experiences with technologies and how you learn new skills. 3 Separate Fit interviews with senior leaders who will probe into more technical as well as discuss how you learn new skillsets, how you deliver to clients, how you approach problems, etc. Slalom HR process is very good. - Extremely responsive HR who communicates expectations, timelines, and next steps clearly and frequently - In-depth view of the mission, the org (with a PowerPoint) which HR talks about how I might fit in their org - Conversational nature of the interviews to allow you to bring your true self to the interviews - Conversational, instant feedback on what you did well on, what need more clarity on - Final constructive feedback provided from all interviewers that allows you to learn Offer process is not so good. - You are placed in limbo after receiving a verbal offer and the company expects you to wait anywhere between 1 week to 6 months before formal written offer is given depending if they have work for you or not - A "we will get you the offer next week" can turn into "it's probably going to be 2-3 months before we can get an offer to you" very quickly This is a recruitment model every company needs to learn from and adopt but the offer process needs improvement.

HR person reached out to me via LinkedIn, although I was not interested at the time we stayed in touch. Some time later I reached out to them myself and they quickly responded with available opportunities. My HR contact was super awesome and friendly. Overall I had 3 interview rounds with 6 different people across entire company (nit just the department I was applying to). They were also very accommodating of my schedule (sine I was still employed at the time and had very limited time to come into the office for a face-to-face interview). I think I came into their office one a week for 2hr interview sessions over a span of 4 weeks. Once I was given an offer and accepted it, Slalom was also very accepting and flexible around my start date. I had to give 3 week notice at my old work. Overall impressions are extremely positive and I thoroughly enjoyed the process.
