Contacted by a recruiter who was very diligent and informative. 4 Interviews- 1 with the hiring manager conducted remotely and 3 in person interviews. The hiring manager interview was very positive and enthusiastic. The three in person interviews were not difficult but the skip level manager was very rushed and did not include any role related or even behavioral questions. The 30 minutes were spent mostly about growth accomplishments of other segments which was good to know, but was not related to the role or requirements for the role, my background and significant experience in the regulated industry where the company while entering a new market. It seemed that there was already a candidate that had been chosen prior to my interview. That was confirmed several days later.

Friendly, long, confusing, and a complete snow job. Recruiters were enthusiastic. Everyone was "excited" and high energy. It's veneer - make sure you understand the business climate and client standing. Slalom has been blacklisted from several local businesses.
