Interview
Round 1: One-on-one interview to learn about the company and "get to know you" questions
Round 2: Interview with management
Round 3: Interview with a fellow consultant, Case Study, Case Study Review with follow-up Q&A
I was able to speak with many different people who had varying levels of experience within consulting and specifically with Slalom. Everyone was very friendly and open, I was never given the impression that they were trying to trick me into saying the "right thing". I was nervous about the process, but I felt very much at ease. Communication about the process and next steps was always quick, and responses to questions were fairly immediate. The impression of the company and my potential co-workers was a very positive one throughout the entire interview process. I was happy that I went through the process, regardless of the outcome, because it prepared me for all interviewing possibilities.

Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
