I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Slalom (Portland, OR) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview process was very well organized, comfortable, and efficient. The interviewers were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was more of a conversation than responding to a list of questions. The best interview process I have experienced.

Question 1
"Tell me about your career and what interests you in terms of your future career development?"
Mostly standard consulting interview questions: ask about your past work experience, what were the difficulties and how you overcame these difficulties, etc. Overall process took a little bit longer than expected due to difficulty to get interviewers' availability.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
