The first step was a call with a Talent Recruiter. The next steps were an in-person interview with Manager, an in-person timed design test (compensated), and, finally, an in-person interview with Managing Director & Business Advisory Director. The process took about two months due to scheduling conflicts for the various steps in the process. But, the recruiter did a great job of keeping me updated.
