I was referred by an employee to apply for the position and begun by putting in my application then getting an e-mail response for availability. Once I got an interview it was a video interview to start. My interview was friendly and well screened; I was asked several questions about my positions in the past, experience and examples. Once completed I was asked if I could do an onsite interview, which I accepted. I was brought in to talk with various stakeholders for the role I applied for and what kinds of operations I'd be asked to do as well as speak to vision, direction and what most excited me about the company. Everyone in the building was incredibly friendly and helpful, the facility was pristine and everyone presented themselves very professionally. The work environment was casual attire, but I still recommend dressing up. Overall a very streamlined and speedy experience, excellent process in all regards!
