I applied online and received a phone interview within 2 weeks. Then I went to their LA office 3 days later for a technical interview. I was interviewed by 2 groups of 2, the first being the business development manager and a current intern and then 2 employees. Friendly demeanor with typical questions, but they did ask about my interests which they surprisingly said did not seem to fit their work culture. I found that to be unprofessional.
