Initial phone screen was weirdly formal. Definitely felt like they were reading a script and just going down their list of questions. Didn't leave a whole lot of room at the end for questions. Also didn't have any good answers for my questions either about company culture, tools utilized, or company vision. Pretty much a lot of cookie cutter answers. Sounded like they're pretty disconnected from the whole interview process and didn't care enough to even look at my experience or ask about my knowledge. I would be cautious if I was a future applicant.
