Interview process was very short but had very good Training... at that time the manager was very knowledgeable and very professional. The whole atmosphere change when they brought in a very inexperienced manager that was very immature and had no people skills. From there on out the whole work environment was very negative. He expected everybody to do the work and him get credit for it. He was not knowledgeable at all on product training or people skills.
