I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Smarsh
Interview
The Interview was very smooth. The recruiter Diana had the correct info on the JD and was proactive to provide all the updates on the interviews. I found the Hiring manager very approachable and friendly and overall my experience was good. Keep up the great work!
4 rounds, foreign panelists are proficient and have a better understanding. There are 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial, and 1 director. Interview is okayish and you have to follow up with the recruiters

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smarsh
Interview
The interview process started as usual,
1. Call from HR/Recruiter.
2. Managerial Round.
3. Tech Round.
4. Director Round.
5. Documents/Compensation Declaration From etc.
Now, while going through these process, it was really fast paced, they pick the date and time slot, you have to be available, no negotiation on that if any conflicts.
Anyways, I did as needed, but after asking the required docs and all, the HR team suddenly disappeared.
Stopped receiving calls and never gave a feedback.
They do not care how the candidate feels or what they are going through. They kept me hooked and then finalized a different candidate.
Pathetic experience, Didn't expect from company of this standards.
